The term PAIDEIA refers to the rearing and education of the ideal member of the Fraternity. It incorporates both practical, subject-based training and a focus upon the socialization of individuals within the Fraternity. An ideal and successful member of the Fraternity would possess intellectual, moral and physical refinement. The Paideia is here to refine the members of Sigma Xi Theta so that they will become valuable members of the Fraternity and our community at large.
